Take a peek at two beautiful homes built by Pardee Homes, a member of TRI Point Group, in collaboration with BUILDER Magazine. The project started with the idea of creating the ideal home for millennials, who are one of the top buyers in todays market.

Millennials have reimagined the American dream. They want more space with customized design. They want suburban living with the amenities of urban living. They want entertaining space and outdoor living space. They want sustainable, green design that puts the envirnoment first. It's design that demands life upfront rather than a beginner home that settles for less.

The two homes, one a contemorary farmhouse and the other a contemporary transitoinal style, have been named the Responsive Home Project because of the focus on creating homes that fill a void in the market--a void that Millenials are hungry to fill.

Klif Andrews, President at Pardee Homes Las Vegas said, "The Responsive Home Project is bridging this gap and inspiring your buyers to purchase a home at an attainable price point that offers the lifestyle they want."

Take a peek at some of the best design in contemporary design, Millennial or otherwise.
